Kokako Lodge

Kokako Lodge is an 82-bed camp and group accommodation venue beside the Hunua Falls in Hunua, in the Hunua Ranges. Groups book it for school camps, universities, retreats, sports teams, church and youth groups, family reunions, corporate functions and weddings.

The whole facility is hired to one group at a time, so nobody shares the lodge with another party. A conference room and a large commercial kitchen and dining hall let the team cater for big groups.

Outdoor instructors run high ropes climbing, archery, orienteering, raft-building and low ropes, and school camps get programmes planned with the teachers. Corporate groups can hire the venue dry, with exclusive use of the facilities, or add an activity programme.
