About Woodhouse Mountain Lodge

Woodhouse Mountain Lodge is a private estate of about 100 acres in the Matakana hinterland, an hour's drive from Auckland. It has private villas, a restaurant led by chef Jono Beattie, a tennis court, a pool, a sauna, a day spa and a helipad.

For weddings, ceremony spaces include a patio and gardens and bush-framed settings. The Barn gives a romantic rustic backdrop for receptions or rehearsal dinners and holds up to 40 guests, and elegant indoor private dining is available for seated dinners.

Weddings must book the entire lodge, accommodation included, for the night of the event, apart from elopements. The chef designs wedding menus from fresh local ingredients.
